the hotel reception staff, especially Zeynep and Oskur, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They spoke English very well and always greeted me with a smile. the hotel itself was clean and the rooms were incredibly spacious and well-furnished. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the rooms. the location was also great, with shops and restaurants nearby. There was a fantastic boutique cafe next door called King Chef where the staff were polite, helpful, and also spoke English. Cons: Not one thing 🙅♀️.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff
The hotel is situated really close to both the airport and the city center, which was super convenient for getting around. The staff here were all really friendly and made our stay enjoyable. 😊

I enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, as well as the lovely garden, and the fact that there was always someone at the front desk. The free private parking and business center were also handy.
The WiFi could have been better, and it's a shame they didn't provide a microwave or milk. Guess I'll have to bring my own next time!

The staff at Skyblue were really good too ensure a comfortable stay. Despite the language barrier, one of the employees spoke excellent English and even came in on his day off to help me book transportation to the airport. Their assistance was greatly appreciated.

I keep coming back to my favorite hotel because it feels like home. The staff is amazing; they even helped with serving my elderly parents. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, massage, and more. Can't wait to return for New Year!

The room was perfect for me as a vegetarian/vegan guest. Having a kitchen with an oven and microwave made it easy for me to prepare my own meals. The flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and private bathroom with slippers were nice touches too!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tile/marble floor in the suite. But hey, that's just my opinion, others might love it!
